We deploy the application and PostgreSQL, prepare the domain, HTTPS, backups and basic checks.
Sending setup
We select and connect an SMTP/SES provider and define limits, quotas and warm-up rules.
DNS and trust
We set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Return-Path and the technical records that affect deliverability.
Subscriber base
We prepare lists, attributes, segments, CSV import and rules for handling unsubscribes.
Templates and campaigns
We build basic templates and verify test sends, links, pixels and plain-text versions of emails.

Listmonk reduces SaaS dependence but does not remove email discipline
